Reliance Air Conditioner Prices

Reliance Air Conditioner Prices

The Reliance air conditioner side of the company is quite large.  In fact Reliance is probably one of the few recognizable names for HVAC equipment in Ontario. There are some pros and cons associated with being one of the biggest players and we’re here to discuss. First off give us a call (647) 925-1930 or fill out our contact form and we will give you a free quote, at least you have a comparison now. The Reliance air conditioner part of the business can rent, finance, or sell you a unit just the same as we can. Reliance uses air conditioners manufactured by Carrier, Amana, and Goodman.  This is similar to us but we also have Lennox systems. The problem is that Reliance is a large company with a lot of overhead, yes they buy a lot of air conditioners and probably get them a bit cheaper than we would due to volume, but maybe they push them out to homes where they aren’t a great fit. Maybe we pay a little more and don’t get bulk discounts but we always order the exact model and size your home needs. I don’t know if Reliance has bad customer service but it’s possible our smaller sized company has a better chance of treating customer better and more efficiently.  Like I said earlier, give us a call and give Reliance a call, get two quotes and choose the company that you feel the most comfortable with.  Don’t forget that by comparing quotes you can know for sure you’re not being “ripped off”. We are confident in our prices and our staff, so don’t just stop at Reliance Air conditioners, call and get quotes from other HVAC companies as...

We have been dealing with air conditioners for well over a decade, I would say that the employees here are experts in the field for the Canadian industry. Therefore I proposed all of the above questions to everyone here and summarized their views and opinions below. What will the market size be in 2016 and what will be the growth rate? Every single person suggested that the market would continue to grow at a sustained pace but market size suggestions varied significantly. What are key market trends? Again there was a clear stance by respondents that efficiency increases would continue to be a market trend that all manufactures will continue to pursue.  Cheaper, energy efficient systems were mentioned.  A few people talked about the move towards home automation systems and having a connection to your homes cooling system through the internet and smart phones. What is driving this market? Employees responded with a number of thoughts regarding the driving factor.  While reviewing the results I couldn’t help but think that each suggestion was responsible in some form or another. Air Conditioner Scroll Compressors

Air Conditioner Scroll Compressors

The scroll compressor is found on most central air conditioners installed throughout the Greater Toronto Area.  When I say most I still mean some… If you have an air conditioner outside that looks like the image to the right…. then there is a good chance that you don’t have one.  A scroll compressor is an very efficient way to compress a fluid, gas, or refrigerant necessary to create cooling. History of Scroll Compressors The system was invented in 1905 but requires such close tolerances that the parts were not able to be built until after World War II.  Even then it took until the early 1980’s for this technology to start making it into your home air conditioners.  The scroll compressor is used most commonly in a central air conditioner but you can find them in automobiles, mechanical shops, and air compressors. What is a Scroll Compressor It is challenging to try and detail how this compressor works through words, but here it goes.  You need to fit two Archimedean spirals together, one is stationary and the other will orbit inside the other (not rotate).  This produces pockets of air or fluid that travel inwards toward a smaller area, ultimately being compressed. Benefits of a Scroll Compressor The system is more efficient than traditional methods of compression increasing and A/C seer rating. These types of compressors are far more quiet than past designs. The scroll compressor is very stable and produces little vibration. 70 percent fewer moving parts than alternative compressors. Very small size allows smaller air conditioners. Vulnerabilities of Scroll Compressors Tight tolerances make these systems vulnerable to introduced debris (your air conditioner is a sealed system so the chance is close to zero). Scroll compressor can only rotate in one direction.
